  The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Habit 1: Be Proactive
"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says. "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my  own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."

     I agree with this habit because you are your own boss. You control everything you do and you should always do so. You shouldn't worry about conditions over which they have little or no control over. Instead of you worrying being proactive means you control things in your own way. Instead of waiting for those events you create your own events. You need to take your time to visualize what it is you want to do, be proactive. Being proactive is like controlling your ship on the sea. You just move along the waves and see where you decide to go by controlling your own self ideas.

Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind
"Control your own destiny or someone else will" (Jack Welch)
"When you know where intend to end up, you know where you are now" (Covey)

I agree with this habit because it gives you the ability to envision in your mind, what you cannot at present see with your eyes. This allows you to have physical creations , gives you a personal mission. This means you should know what you want to do to follow your destination. We create things with our mind, and we work to make them real. First you create it in your mind then second it is physical reality. You should be focused on what you want to do in your life. Always create ideas even though there small. You should have a clear vision of your desired direction and destination. Then you should continue by flexing your proactive muscles to make things happen. Your mission statement makes your the leader of your own life. Focus on your goals and plan your success.

Habit 3: Put First Things First
"Organize and execute around priorities"
I agree with this because it depends on what your putting first. I think that if you decide to put things first then you have a higher chance of achieving what you want to do. If you have plans for your future you should put your education first in order to get there. It all depends on what you want to do. This will help you have a more balanced life. You should learn how to manage your life before doing things first. Its always useful to have a planner and write down what you have in mind for your life. What are your priorities? What do you have in mind for your future?

Habit 4: Think Win-Win
"Think win-win or no deal."

To think win win doesn't mean you have to be that person who is always about winning. It isn't always a competition that's how most of us see it, always winning. It could sometimes also win as a team, cooperating with others. This also means you should be nice and mean you can be both. It is like a balancing life style,you have to be brave at times. Win win is something you think about when you think about agreements and solutions. Win win is for everyone to be successful not just you in particular. You shouldn't see your career as a competition it should be about team work. Not just focusing on yourself but others too because maybe your job has a role they play in too.

Habit 5: Seek First to understand, then to be Understood

I agree with this I think communication is very important. Being a good listener is also very important. This is a technique to become a greater listener. If you are a good listener your partner,friend or anyone will notice that you are trying to be an honest listener. Sometimes you think you are a good listener when your really not. You should maybe try and study to be a good listener. You should try empathetic listening even though it can be a challenge you could still try and get better in being a good listener.

Habit 6: Synergize
"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts (1+1+3)" 
I agree with this habit. This habit means that it is all about team work. This helps you with solutions but it doesn't solve on its own it takes a long process. Working as a team can produce better results in anything your working on whether its school related work or something else. synergize is when two two or more forces join together to work together.

Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw

You should prepare yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. Making trying to social meaning connections with others. When they say sharpen your saw this means to practice the other habits you have learned. Living a balanced life is good because you know how to control what you do. Sharpening your saw will make it easier for you to plan things and be ready. One example of sharpening your saw is instead of using your phone all day and doing nothing you could be doing something that will help you. For example making studying even though you have nothing to study for, or making reading a book.

Reflection: Write an overall final reflection in this post regarding the "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." Include  your deepest thoughts and feelings. Write what you commit to do continue applying the seven habits.
These 7 habits will help me and other people become high achievers. Everyone should apply these habits to their daily life.Helping out people is something good to do. The 1st habit being proactive means to be your own boss. You control your life and what you want to be. This should be a great example of becoming the person you want to be. These habits will help you with stress, balance, and staying focused. It can help you with accomplishing goals and becoming a more communicative person. These 7 habits can help you develop good potential.
