The Ten Tips

1. Make a commitment to tell the truth.
2. Tell someone about your commitment.
3. Think before you give a dishonest answer, explanation, sarcasm, or reason.
4. Be careful of when and how you use exaggeration, sarcasm, or irony.
5. Be careful not to twist the truth or leave out part of it.
6. Don't indulge in little white lies.
7. Watch out for silent lies.
8. When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.
9. Talk to yourself.
10. Treat yourself when you tell the truth.

       
Reflection: These ten tips can benefit me by giving me advice on how to become a better person. It can make me look better as a person because you can be trusted with promises.People will know they can trust you for anything they need to talk about.An example is that you can use this tips in you are in a bad situation and you want to lie remember step 8 and tell the truth.For another example is when you are telling a person a story about something and you start to change it up again just to make is sound interesting, in reality it is not it is only making is untruthful.These ten tips are important because you in to learn how to be truthful.You also need to have knowledge on how to tell the truth and avoid lies.I will apply these things into my goals by achieving them honestly.I will also never lie that i accomplish a goal when i didn't.You should always tell the truth no matter what.This will make you be a better person throughout time. 

School Break Days

            School Break Days
 During my spring break I didn't do much but I did go out a few days.I went to the beach with a couple of friends. I also went to Adult school to make up for a class. I watched my brother in laws baseball games against other cities. Most of the time I stayed home to watch movies on Netflix there is a good series called ''13 reasons why'' and it is really good.A few other things I did was go to my sisters house and stayed for the weekend. During spring break my cousin left to the army, he is currently in boot camp in a base. For Easter I went to Cerritos park with my family to have a picnic and hide a few eggs for my little cousins.
